make it so you can select which files to download
It would be nice to select which files to download out of a torrent. It would also be nice to have an option to have it so it would download 100% of a file THEN go to the next file when I'm downloading an album.

Make a firefox plugin
The plugin could manage the downloads. It could create new uploads. It could do anything that could be done through the browser. Could be done with xml or something else.

open source bitlet
bitlet is already free and that's great, how about taking the project open source? it will help a lot of people and make bitlet.org more popular.

support magnet URNs

Make downloads more reliable, auto-retry
Make the tracking more reliable. Often torrents I download stop downloading, loosing all seeders and speed goes to 0kb/s. If I close the window and then resume the download, it usually picks up new seeders and continues nicely. About 90% of the downloads I do require at least one cancel-resume cycle to complete. It is most common when most of the file is complete, but sometimes it happens early on. It would be cool to not have to babysit the torrents as they download in order to keep them moving. It could recognize when it starts to slow down, and…

try to integrate either a piratebay or torrentz search bar
You should have a search bar above the download bar where you can search for torrents from either www.thepiratebay.org, torrentz.com, or mininova.org
Once you have the specific torrent that you want, a link could directly be placed into the download bar.

include a video tutorial
Including a video tutorial about how to use BitLet in one of the pages (like the home) may help new users understand what to do.

How to use bitlet link for forum ?
If i want to use the generated code from bitlet to publish torrents on forums that usually have BBcode, what is the issue ? Is there a way to do that simply, i haven't found any answers yet.

Add a progress bar for the individual songs [music]
Have a progress bar for the individual songs (sort of like YouTube) to show the user how much of the song has been downloaded. Posted by anonymous on blog.bitlet.org
