Some trackers require the clients to send a "key" announce parameter so the tracker knows the peers even if they change their ips. In some cases, the tracker won't let you connect if your client doesn't send that key announce parameter.

That's what happens with bitlet. It doesn't work with some trackers because of the lack of this feature. That's it!
